February 13, 2017 - It would be surprising to see a presentation on marketing trends without buzzwords like Boomer, Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z segments and references to each generation’s unique expectations, behaviors, attitudes, and values. The grand conclusion is, as usual, that these specific demographic segments define generation-specific consumption patterns that most marketers tend to ignore at their peril.
