Thresette Briggs is an award-winning Consultant, Professional Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. She is the Founder, President, and Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3.

Performance 3 is a leadership and professional development firm that partners with global organizations to achieve sustainable high-performance. They have partnered with global organizations with as few as hundred and up to 10,000 employees, and revenues over $13 billion, to deliver services for conferences, leadership meetings, learning series, retreats, webinars, and workshops, in multiple industries including automotive, consulting, construction, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and nonprofit.

She has over 20 years expertise helping leaders and teams in multiple industries design and deliver solutions for successful business transformations. Her firm has partnered with organizations such as the NCAA, Institute of Management Accountants, Butler University, CACUBO, Engaging Solutions, IndyGo and Ball State University.

Holding multiple business certifications including Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), John Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, and Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator, Thresette speaks, facilitates and does voice talent work for conferences, keynotes, leadership meetings, learning series, retreats, strategic planning, webinars, workshops, and videos. Her articles on leader-ship and high performance are featured in international publications including the magazine for the Association for Talent Development.

Thresette is also an Adjunct Professor for the Indiana Wesleyan University DeVoe School of Business, and actively serves on nonprofit boards and in leadership positions in the community. She and her husband Don reside in Indianapolis.
